London Borough of Camden
AVL Consultancy have been working with Camden Council for nearly 10 years. Initially, they were retained to review the in-house provided staff catering facilities, and assist with the tender process. The contract was initially awarded to Gardner Merchant, and operated successfully for a number of years. Through the auspices of market testing, a subsequent tendering exercise was carried out whereby the contract was retained by Gardner Merchant, now Sodexho.
Since that time, AVL have been commissioned to carry out market research to ascertain the needs of the customers, and more recently, a space study has been carried out, together with the re-design of the facilities.
