AVL have been working with DDS for over five years assisting with benchmarking and ensuring that the County are receiving best value from the services supplied. We have also advised the team on the way forward with external bids and more recently we have facilitated a senior team meeting to assist the management in producing their plan for the future. Vic is also available to the General Manager to provide advice on the external market and as a sounding board for new ideas.
