Intervet
Intervet provide staff catering to their employees in Milton Keynes. Their contract was with one of the major contractors, but their procurement department was unhappy with the contract terms. AVL Consultancy initially reviewed their existing contract and then wrote the specification and tendered out a new contract better meeting client and employee needs. This resulted in a five figure saving to Intervet, and the contract was taken over by a smaller contractor.
As required, AVL carries out periodic monitoring to ensure contract compliance.
