AVL Consultancy are retained by LACA to provide administrative services. This covers membership renewals, meeting administration, assistance with advice to Government, liaison with regional committees and minute taking at National Council meetings.
In addition to this, AVL have also carried out two major surveys of the school meal market, the latest being in July 2007, and copies of these surveys are available on request.
