London Guildhall University
LGU has a contracted out service that requires a subsidy for it's continued operation. During early 2000 Vic reviewed the services being provided and suggested options for the University to reduce the subsidy and improve the poor standards of service, which are resultant from out of date services. The report has been delivered to the Proctor and part has been implemented and the other recommendations are still under review.
