AVL Consultancy were retained by LSE to assist with the tender process for their residencies across London. Initially, this encompassed a brief review of existing services, and then giving advice with regard to the tender specification and conditions of contract. This particularly assisted with the implications of VAT and guaranteed price contracts to enable the School to benefit from Customs & Excise regulations.
