Vic was retained by Mars Group Catering to draw up monitoring procedures and core specifications for the catering contract throughout Western Europe. The Company needed to ensure consistency across countries and outlets to enable all Associates to have the same level of service. These procedures were later used for re-tendering of services within the group.
