Reading Borough Council
AVL Consultancy were retained in 2005 to assist Reading with their tendering process. Initially the review of the current contractor was carried out, together with market research to their 3000 pupils, not only to ascertain pupils needs, but also the needs of parents, heads and governors.
AVL then wrote the specification and followed through the tender process to a successful award to Scolarest.
Since that time, AVL have audited the contract to measure their compliance with the contract, and are now retained to advise on catering matters.
