Richmond College
Due to budget estraints, the College could not invest the necessary capital to upgrade their catering facilities. AVL were therefore invited to review the present operations and draw up documentation for externalisation, together with capital investment by the private sector. The tendering exercise was carried out with five companies and the evaluation was completed by AVL, which included not only financial evaluation, but the review of the designs submitted to upgrade the catering facilities, and the introduction of retail facilities.
